Safety information
River and water activities carry inherent risks. Visitors must follow guide instructions at all times. Boating, swimming or water activities are offered only where authorised, insured and operational — please confirm availability before booking. Children must be accompanied by adults. Carry drinking water, sun protection and suitable footwear.
Accessibility
Village paths are uneven and may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact us in advance to discuss access requirements.

Booking subject to availability and weather conditions. The centre reserves the right to modify or cancel experiences for safety reasons.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the visit. 50% charge within 48 hours. No refund for no-shows, except in weather-related cancellations.
