Fundraising Policy

Only authorised individuals and organisations may raise funds in the name of Nandkumarpur Joykrishnpur Milan Sangha.

Members, volunteers and partners who wish to run a fundraising initiative for a Milan Sangha campaign must submit a request through the Campaign Centre and receive written approval before starting. The workflow is: Request → Review → Approved → Active → Completed.

Approved fundraisers must use the official campaign name and materials, must state clearly that funds support Milan Sangha, and must route all collected funds through the official donation channels — never through personal accounts.

Commission-based fundraising is not permitted. No volunteer or member may deduct a percentage or fee from funds raised.

Unauthorised fundraising in the Sangha's name will be asked to stop immediately and, where necessary, reported to the appropriate authorities.
