Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations to Nandkumarpur Joykrishnpur Milan Sangha are generally final, because funds are committed to programme work. However, we will always correct genuine errors.

If you made a donation by mistake — for example a duplicate payment or a wrong amount — contact us within 7 days with your receipt number. After verification, the erroneous amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Recurring (monthly) giving can be paused or cancelled at any time by writing to us through the contact page or from your My Giving dashboard. Cancellation stops future instalments; instalments already collected are treated as completed donations.

Refunds, where approved, are processed within 10–14 working days through the same channel used for the original payment.
